MetaMask Login | Chrome Web Store

MetaMask was available as a browser extension for Google Chrome. If you want to install MetaMask on Chrome, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Google Chrome: Make sure you have the Google Chrome browser installed on your computer.
  2. Visit the Chrome Web Store:
  3. Open a new tab in Google Chrome.
  4. Type "Chrome Web Store" in the address bar and press Enter.
  5. In the Chrome Web Store, you can search for "MetaMask" in the search bar, or you can visit the MetaMask extension page directly.
  6. Install MetaMask:
  7. On the MetaMask extension page, click the "Add to Chrome" button.
  8. A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation. Click "Add extension" to proceed.
  9. Set Up Your MetaMask Wallet:
  10. Once MetaMask is installed, you'll see the MetaMask icon in the top-right corner of your browser (next to the address bar).
  11. Click the MetaMask icon to open the extension.
  12. You will be guided through the setup process, which includes creating a password and securely storing your 12-word recovery seed phrase.
  13. Log In to MetaMask:
  14. After setting up your wallet, you can log in to MetaMask by entering your password.
  15. Access DApps and Manage Your Wallet:
  16. With MetaMask installed and your wallet set up, you can now interact with decentralized applications, manage your Ethereum-based cryptocurrencies, and engage in various blockchain activities.
